It is permissible for a woman to shape her eyebrows
Question
It is permissible for a woman to shape her eyebrows if her eyebrows are unruly and moreover if they are a cause for her husband disliking her, on one condition that she does not make them very thin, but keeps them to the limit of normal eyebrows. This can be achieved by removing only the strey strands around the eyebrows.
Answer

In the Name of Allāh, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāh wa-barakātuh.
The prohibition mentioned in the hadith (i.e. Rasulullah (S.A.W.) cursed Mutanammisah) refers to those women who shape their eyebrows for style and those women who shape their eyebrows thinner than a normal eyebrow.
