Question
If during wudhu when washing the feets for example when hits a nail of the finger of the hand to the wall or something else (such as the sharp end of the watercrane) which does scrape of a layer of his nail or skin does he need to re-start his wudhu ?

In the Name of Allāh, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāh wa-barakātuh.
If a person scrapes his nail or skin during wudhu or after completing the wudhu and it does not bleed, it is not necessary to repeat the wudhu.
