Question
Does the salaah become makruh if during praying people at the backside of the mosque start talking and making noise ? In such state is one aloud to commence a salaat ?
Answer
Muhtaram / Muhtaramah
In the Name of Allāh, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāh wa-barakātuh.
If a person intends performing Salaah in such a room wherein people are talking and he fears getting confused if he performs salāh in that room, then it will be Makrooh (disliked) for him to perform Salaah in that room.
However, if they are talking softly and he does not fear getting confused, it will be permissible for him to perform Salaah in that room.
