I HAVE A PROBLEM DURING THE DISCHARGE OF URINE.WHENEVER I GO FOR A SHORT CALL AND AFTER DOING ISTINJAI THE DROPS OF URINE STILL COME OUT.AT FIRST I THOUGHT IT TO BE MY PSHYCOLOGY BUT LATER ON IT WAS PROVED.
THE ABOVE PROBLEM IS REALLY AFFECTING MY PRAYERS AS I HAVE TO TAKE BATH BEFORE SAYING ANY PRAYER.
THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS AND WHAT I DO TO REMAIN CLEAN-:
AFTER ISTINJAI I COME OUT AND STILL FILL THE DROPS OF URINE COMING OUT.I THEN WAIT FOR AORUND 10 MINUTES AND THEN TAKE A BATH.THE ABOVE PROBLEM HAS REALLY AFFECTED MY PRAYERS WITH JAMMAT, BECAUSE WHEN I AM OUT AT WORK OR ANYYWHERELSE AND GO FOR A SHORT CALL, I HAVE TO GO HOME FIRST TAKE A BATH AND THEN PRAY SOMETIMES MISSING PRAYERS WITH JAMMAT.

Thank you for contacting the institute regarding your dilemma. Your concern for the validity of your salah shows the importance and value of salah in your eyes. May Allah accept this sincerity and make it easy upon you.
The problem that you are experiencing is commonly found amongst men. Do not become despondent and depressed. Try adopting methods to ensure that all the drops come out without getting onto your clothes and body. For example, do not hasten to get up after relieving yourself. Take your time and wait for all the drops to come out. Coughing, and slightly leaning to one side (preferably the left) also assists in relieving the excess drops. Try lying down on your side when you come out of the restroom or take a brisk walk. Keep toilet paper by your private part to avoid the drops of urine touching your body and clothes. After you feel that all the drops have come out, return to the restroom and re-wash that portion again. Once your heart becomes content that all the drops have come out do not worry about it afterwards. Shaitan will try to put doubts in your heart. Do not pay attention to these doubts. To avoid doubts, sprinkle water on your underpants. Whenever these doubts arise, console yourself that this is the wetness from the water which I have sprinkled. May Allah make it easy for us to offer all our prayers with purity and save us from the doubts of Shatain, Ameen.

( يلزم الرجل الاستبراء ) عبر باللازم لأنه أقوى من الواجب لفوات الصحة بفوته لا بفوت الواجب والمراد طلب براءة المخرج عن أثر الرشح ( حتى يزول أثر البول ) بزوال البلل الذي يظهر على الحجر بوضعه على المخرج ( و ) حينئذ ( يطمئن قلبه ) أي الرجل ولا تحتاج المرأة إلى ذلك بل تصبر قليلا ثم تستنجي واستبراء الرجل ( على حسب عادته إما بالمشي أو بالتنحنح أو الاضطجاع ) على شقه الأيسر ( أو غيره ) بنقل أقدام وركض وعصر ذكره برفق لاختلاف عادات الناس فلا يقيد بشيء ( ولا يجوز ) أي لا يصح ( له الشروع في الوضوء حتى يطمئن بزوال رشح البول ) لأن ظهور الرشح برأس السبيل مثل تقاطره يمنع صحة الوضوء (مراقى الفلاح)
ومتى وقع في قلبه أنه صار طاهرا جاز له أن يستنجي لأن كل أحد أعلم بحاله اهـ ولو عرض له الشيطان كثيرا لا يلتقت إليه بل ينضح فرجه وسراويله بالماء حتى إذا شك حمل البلل على ذلك النضج ما لم يتيقن خلافه كذا في الفتح (حاشية الطحطاوى على مراقى الفلاح)
