Question
After wudhu and prayer one sees few (say 3 or 4) black minuscule grains of something (like a minuscule grain of powder or dust) under the nails, had it affect his wudhu ?

In the Name of Allāh, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāh wa-barakātuh.
Powder and dust are such that water is able to penetrate it, hence, the wudhu and Salāh will be correct. However, if something which water does not penetrate was found beneath the nails e.g. dough, the wudhu and Salāh will have to be repeated.
