As-Salāmu ʿAlaykum Wa-Raḥmatullāhi Wa-Barakātuh
In the enquired scenario, since Zaid has now become the sole owner of the property, any future rent accruing from the property will belong exclusively to him.
However, any rent that had already become due prior to the purchase, at a time when both parties were co-owners of the property, will be shared between them in proportion to their respective ownership shares. [1]
