Should we give Ghusl to a person who passed away on the spot after his car collided with a truck.

Answer:
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum Wa-Rahmatullāhi Wa-Barakātuh.
In the inquired scenario, Ghusl should be given to him. Although he may receive the reward of martyrdom (شهيد) in the Hereafter, the worldly rulings of martyrdom do not apply. Therefore, he should be given Ghusl, shrouded, and Salaat-ul Janazah should be performed.[1]
