Please assist with the following questions:
1) is the iddah for talaq and khula the same?
2) Can a women comb her hair in iddah [iddah of third talaq] to avoid tangles which is causing headache?

As-Salāmu ʿAlaykum Wa-Raḥmatullāhi Wa-Barakātuh
1] The ʿiddah following Khulʿ is the same as the ʿiddah following Ṭalāq. [1]
2] If the tangles are causing headaches or severe soreness, then she may comb. [2]
