Question:
If wudhu breaks before or on the 4th round while doing tawaaf, should we continue the tawaaf after making fresh wudhu or should we restart from the 1st round?
And what is the ruling in case our wudhu break after completing the 4th round?
Answer:
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum Wa-Rahmatullāhi Wa-Barakātuh.
If wudhoo breaks before or during the 4th round of Tawaaf, it is better to restart the entire process; however, it is permissible to complete the remaining rounds.
If wudhoo breaks after the 4th round, a person has the choice of starting anew or completing the remaining rounds.[i]
