Question:
Assalamualaikum, I would just like to ask If in Muzdalifah you pray maghrib and isha but leave the place around 2ish in the morning and walk towards jamarat before fajr whilst performing Hajj.
Is there Dum on that person?
I would like to add that it was 3 females and 1 male.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-Salāmu ‘Alaykum Wa-Rahmatullāhi Wa-Barakātuh.
If one left Muzdalifah before dawn (beginning of Fajr) and did not remain in the plains of Muzdalifah for even a moment after dawn without a valid Shar’ī reason (i.e., weakness, sickness, or fear of crowdedness in the case of women), then it will necessitate a damm for each person.[1]
