In the Name of Allāh, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāh wa-barakātuh.
All three are different levels of Wilayat based on the spirituality of each one. Spirituality is a condition of the heart and that cannot be experienced. If one follows Shariah, he ascends the steps of spirituality and attains the different levels of Wilayat.
