Answer

Muhtaram / Muhtaramah

In the Name of Allāh, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāh wa-barakātuh.

Naeem means one who is blessed with a lot of favours and bounties from Allah.

Malik means owner or King.

Jointly the meaning Naeem Malik would be- A bounty/favour of the King (which is Allah).

And Allah knows best
