Does swallowing vomit which is less than full mouth nullifies ones fast?

Question:

Assalamualaikum wa rahmatullah wa baraktuh mufti sahib

Sometimes when fasting i have an issue where I burp and a small amount of vomit comes up the throat. But before it can exit the throat into the mouth area I deliberately swallow it back down. Does this necessitate qada and/or kaffarah?

Answer:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

If a person involuntarily burps or belches, and a small amount of vomit reaches their throat which they then consciously swallow, the fast remains valid and Qaḍā is not necessary.

And Allah Taʿāla Knows Best.
