Answer
Muhtaram / Muhtaramah
In the Name of Allāh, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāh wa-barakātuh.
You did not state what you meant by “…you are my brother…” I did not believe you will marry your own blood brother as you came from a respectable family. Therefore, your nikah is intact. We do not know the reason you do not wish to stay with your husband. We generally advise couples having a troubled marriage to work it out and make it work. That can be achieved by making an intention to do so. If the intention is clear, Allah will put barakah in what flows from that. The marriage will never prosper if you don’t want it to work. Fear Allah as you accepted the nikah in His name and try your level best. Address issues that are of concern to you and if you have appropriate people assisting you to make it work, it will work.
And Allah knows best
Wassalam
