A Muslim lady aged 21, her husband died few days ago aged 30 due to brain hemorrhage. He was very rich land owner, left one 2-year-old child.
If this sister gets married after idath, does she have to return inheritance [islamic share] back?

The Muslim sister will not have to return her share of inheritance after marriage as it belongs to her.[i]
