if an uncosummated marriage is still valid after one year of separation. if the husband and wife dont talk to each other and the husband doesnt know where his wife is. for a year?

In the Name of Allāh, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāh wa-barakātuh.
If the husband and wife did not consummate the marriage or they do not talk to each other or they are separated for any period of time, that does not invalidate the nikaah. The nikaah remains intact.
