Question
Let say that I receive food and i have reason to belief that it is not halal, can i give it to a non muslim or should i just throw it away?
Answer
Muhtaram / Muhtaramah
In the Name of Allāh, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāh wa-barakātuh.
It is not permissible to feed haram food to even non Muslims. The haram food should rather be thrown away.

ولا يجوز لأحد أن يطعم المجنون الميتة بخلاف الهرة ، وإذا تنجس الخبز أو الطعام لا يجوز أن يطعم الصغير أو المعتوه أو الحيوان المأكول اللحم ، وقال أصحابنا : لا يجوز الانتفاع بالميتة على أي وجه ، ولا يطعمها الكلاب والجوارح ، كذا في القنية .

. أما الانتفاع بشحوم الميتة ، أو أي جزء في غير الأكل منها فالذي عليه جمهور العلماء أنه يحرم الانتفاع بشيء من ذلك
