Question
1.we recently married and my work separates us for long periods of time. are we allowed to have Phone sex? we arouse each other over the phone and sometimes we masturbate to reach satisfaction while on the phone?
2.can she go for breast implants or reduction for beautification reason and I penis enlargement?if not reason please?
3.can she give me oral sex with a condom on, in& out of her menses? if not, reason please as we were told the saliva cannot touch the impurities which in this situation is protected by the condom?is it Haraam?

In the Name of Allāh, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāh wa-barakātuh.
Alaah Ta’ala says in the Quran; “He (Allah Ta’ala has) created for you wives from among yourselves, that you may find repose in them, and he has placed between you affection and mercy”. (30:21)
1. The need for intimacy between spouses is natural. However, it should be fulfilled with shame, modesty and dignity. The issues referred to in your e-mail are not permissible.
Sharia emphasizes on shame and modesty.
Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said;
The door to all virtue is modesty. ( Muslim, Vol. 2. Pg.48. Maktaba Thanwi Deoband )
Modesty is part of iman (faith). (Bukhari, Vol.2.Pg.203 Qadimi kutub khana)
The Ulama have stated that modesty repels one from disgraceful and repugnant things.

2. Breast implants for mere beautification and attraction is not permissible in shariah.
(Jadeed Fihqhi Masail, Vol.1. Pg.327. Kutub Khana Naimiya Deoband).
3. Allah Ta’ala says in the Quran;
“Indeed we have honoured the children of Adam”. (17:70)
“Verily we have created man in the best of stature (moulds)”. (95:04)
Oral sex in any form/situation is prohitbited.
