Is it permisible to let a part of your shop to shoprite ?

we shall make an agreement preventing them from selling alchohol.

as per their usual buisiness they shall be operating a deli and butchery and selling haraam meat.

Will the income be halaal ?

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāh wa-barakātuh.

 

Yes, the rental income will be permissible, as majority of their income is acquired through permissible transactions. However, it is advisable to dispose of the percentage of haraam sales conducted by Shoprite from your rental income.
