Answer
Muhtaram / Muhtaramah
In the Name of Allāh, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāh wa-barakātuh.
If the recitation is being relayed live, then one would have to make a sajdah, while if it is a recording, then a sajdah would not be obligatory.
Thus, listening to recitation over the Musjid receiver would make a sajdah obligatory, while listening to a cd would not.
As for the radio, recitation this is generally not live, but rather recordings are played. If it is live, then a Sajdah would be necessary.
It should be borne in mind that if while listening to a recording, one recites the ayah himself, then a sajdah would be necessary.
